We use many stock images in theme demos. However, stock images usually come with a license that allows to use them on the website but does not allow distribution of images. We include all the images, that we are allowed to include with the theme, others are replaced with placeholders, which you can easily replace with the real ones.

This theme deserves to be on the top and getting WAY more sales as I built a much better site with it vs Ark (painstakingly buggy) or Avada (showing it's age).
