If you are building a page with page builder, or if you want to add a button to a sidebar, then use an (OrionThemes) button widget. You can read more about the settings in theme documentation under the Widget settings.
If you want to add a button inside a post or page, and don’t want to use the page builder, then click on the 
icon in the editor and choose button. A popup window will appear, where you can select a type of button you want to display on your site.
