Each page you create with our theme will have a default top and bottom padding. The top padding creates a blank space directly below the header, and the bottom padding directly above the footer. However, there is an option for removing the blank space on individual pages.
Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page edit screen and you should see the Page Spacing settings.
